About the Build

New Horizon Development Group will construct two semi-detached homes on a lot previously declared surplus by the City of Hamilton, at no cost to the City or Habitat for Humanity Hamilton. This donation will make a transformational impact for two families by directly addressing their need for affordable housing. The two homes will provide brand-new ,safe, and affordable housing for two families in need, and the donation by New Horizon Development Group will ensure that Habitat for Humanity Hamilton can continue to help families achieve their dream of homeownership.
